1. Will there be a refund once I turn back before the end of a trip?
-No there won’t be a refund once started a trip and decline
2 Is there helicopter lift on the mountain?
-Yes there is a medical helicopter evacuation of which you can either pay or use your Insurance
3. Can you organize a trip for large groups?
-Yes we can do it
4. Is it possible for parachuting, paragliding or skiing on the mountain?
-Yes it is possible for parachuting and paragliding with a special permit,
but skiing is not allowed.
5. Can I climb the mountain if I have a heart or lung problem?
-You can climb but not more than 3000 m.
6. Can I climb the mountain at any time of the year?
- Difficult to climb during longer rainy season
7. Can I get special diet while on a trip?
- Yes we provide food for vegetarians and gluten free people
8. Is it possible to climb the mountain if I have special needs?
- Yes it is possible, you just let us know
9. What is western breach?
- This is a part of summit which was plucked by the moving glacier that left behind a huge and steep cliff on the western side of the peak
10. Is it possible to camp on the crater floor?
- Yes it is possible but needs extra fee and payment.
11. Can I climb the mountain if I am a diabetic?
- Yes you can do it but consult your doctor before for medical package
12. Can I have a Balloon Safari?
- Yes it is possible
